Rolled Threads produces threaded bar in all the unified classes: UNC, UNF, 8 Series & 12 Series as well as metric, acme, trapezoidal, worms, and knurled. Carbon steel, heat treated alloys stainless steels, nickel alloys, brass & aluminum are all available as a fully threaded product. Rolled Threads offers the broadest size range in the industry - from .0312" to 7.00" diameter.

The superior surface finish and strength of thread rolled bar is ideally suited for fasteners, lead screws, worm gears and a host of other applications.

Our process includes specially formulated lubricants, careful die maintenance, and lubricant filtering systems that delivers extra clean and smooth finishes of 16 micro or better. Close tolerance pitch diameters (.001" or less) and lead accuracies (.001"/ft) for precision applications are well within our capabilities.
